By the 1980’s the customer base had expanded from Maine to Florida and as far as West Texas. In 1985 a subsidiary plant, F&F Metals, was established in Greenville, Texas in order to relieve delivery schedules and afford customers better service. Teaming up with Southern Heritage in 1999, acquiring Art Caskets in 2001, and most recently branching into composite technology with the Durolon line only serves to demonstrate Freeman’s willingness to expand to meet customer needs. Using a careful blend of time proven techniques and new innovative ideas, Freeman Metal is able to build quality products to customer specification.
